An exciting HR Assistant/Advisor position has arisen with one of our highly successful Birkenhead based clients.
This is a full time role working 37 hours a week Monday - Friday. Mostly an office based role with some home working.
Role is temporary for approx. 10 weeks.
The ideal candidate will have Level 3 CIPD and operational HR experience, as you will be managing casework (sickness, disc, etc) and also assisting
with recruitment which is a busy department.
A full job spec is available but main responsibilities include:
Provide advice on HR matters, ensuring adherence to all legal obligations and appropriate best practice, scope includes employment law, employee relations,
disciplinary and grievances, performance management, learning and development, succession planning/ talent management/ career development, change
management/ restructuring, recruitment and selection, reward management and absence management.
Effectively manage a case work portfolio, develop and deliver innovative solutions.
