An exciting HR admin position has arisen with one of our highly successful Birkenhead based clients. This is a temporary contract until the end of September
with an immediate start date available. A DBS check will be required for this position.
Duties will include:
Recruitment co-ordination, new starter process, logging onto HRIS system
Pre-employment checks and meetings
Kickstart initiative/co-ordination of process
Notifications to payroll, including variations, starters and leavers.
Third party workers process
Minute taking (formal meetings with managers) and general minute taking where required.
Preparing hard copy ‘p’ files for scanning
Running reports from HRIS
HR experience is preferable, but not essential.
You should be professional, comfortable liaising with managers (including senior team), staff, suppliers and applicants), IT systems experience (Microsoft
Office, Office 365 etc).
