My client is a well established Company with an office in an idyllic location on the Wirral is looking to recruit a temporary Transport Administrator to
join their team.
This role will be primarily home based – although expected to come in on the first day and in the future may move to one/two days a week in the office,
but currently 100% at home.
Working hours are 37.5 hr per week, 20 days holidays p.a. + all UK bank holidays and Company pension scheme. You
will need transport due to location, but free parking is available.
•Organising/coordinating shipments, vehicles, loads and journeys with third party logistics
•Operating company IT systems
•Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies
•Adherence to company processes, procedures ad protocols including compliance
•Ad hoc duties when required
Work Experience Requirements
•Formal qualifications or work experience in logistics or distribution is preferred.
•Experience of working in a busy, fast-moving environment
•Experience of prioritising workload whilst maintain deadlines
