experienced Senior SEO Manager to join their team to help increase clients website SEO performance, both with traffic and enquiry/order conversion.

a salary circa £30-40k, with flexibility to work from their gorgeous offices on the Wirral, and from home 1-2 days per week. You'll also receive 22
days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension and free parking.
This is a hands-on role focused on helping grow their clients website traffic and revenue opportunities through promotion of organic searches across
desktop and mobile platforms. Including providing the initial response to internal enquiries and requests for online activity support. The successful
candidate will help develop the business’s digital strategies and tactics by working on keyword analyses, search volumes, introduction optimisation
of new landing pages. You will need strong English and organisational skills, a data led approach, creativity, experience using SEO software tools
such as SEMrush and Google Analytics, whilst being able to manage multiple projects at once.
Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Research and analyse competitor advertising links
Develop and implement link building strategy
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Well versed background in SEO.
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Excellent communication skills and research skills
Strong English verbal and written skills supporting effective communication, idea generation, research and supporting clients in writing SEO targeted
Experience in using CMS systems such as WordPress
Experience in using CRM tools such as Accelo
Strong understanding of effective use of website content, either in Brand or Ecommerce, with knowledge on the importance of content management
Creative and SEO focused copywriting experience
Data driven, to drive results and continuous improvement
An eye for detail and the ability to come up with ideas.
An understanding of end-to-end customer needs, journeys, and behaviours
Be ambitious to learn new digital tactics and develop all of the above
