Our Liverpool based client has seen significant growth within the past twelve months and is now seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their friendly, small and busy team. Working Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, and Friday 8am - 4pm with 20 days holidays plus bank holidays plus Christmas.

You will be the first voice people hear when they contact the business and as such excel in customer service and building relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone, dealing with product enquiries and customer service queries
  • Processing sales orders
  • Booking outgoing transport (deliveries) via an online portal
  • Calling current clients to update them on products and confirming orders
  • Office administration work
A new team member would be expected to
  • Represent the company in positive light
  • Build relationships with regular customers
  • Become familiar with our product catalogue
  • Become au fait with our operation system (SAP Business 1)
  • In house training will be provided.
Skills Required:
  • Sales support background or strong customer service skills
  • Adaptable, Confident with Strong Attention to Detail
