An exciting position has arisen for our established award winning home-care provider client based in Southport, who are seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join the business. Our client is ambitious for continued growth so their recruitment process is critical in ensuring they have adequate staffing levels to provide the high level of service they are known for. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the recruitment process and targeted on quality new starters joining the business. Duties will include:
- Recruitment talent planning to ensure geographical staffing demand is met
- Keeping talent management software up to date
- Full recruitment process including advertising, application, resourcing, telephone and in person interviews, and selection
- Candidate suitability and eligibility checks including references, ID and conducting DBS checks
- HR welcome meetings with successful candidates
- Issue employment contracts, ID badges and new starter paperwork
- Regular internal audits of personnel paperwork
- Ensure best practice to meet company policies, CQC recommendations and franchise requirements

The ideal candidate will have a real passion for recruitment, coupled with drive, initiative and diligent organisation skills as well as a background in recruitment whether internal, HR or agency based. You must understand the need for speed in any recruitment process, and be flexible to perform successfully in this role.Previous experience working with a candidate management system would be a strong advantage.
