We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager/Consultant to join our award-winning team.Candidates should have a background in recruitment agency or internal recruitment coupled with business development and account management experience. This is a part time position flexible hours Monday – Friday. Salary as listed pro rata DOE.

Job Summary

This is a varied role and requires an adaptable individual who is able to work in a fast paced environment handling business development, accounts management, and resourcing candidates.

You will win new business, co-ordinate with the resourcing team to ensure you have candidates for your roles, and retain and grow your client base.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Researching commercial recruitment opportunities
  • Partaking in on the road and telephone cold calling, attending network events, giving presentations to businesses and business events
  • Bringing on new vacancies and clients
  • Handling client contact for vacancy process
  • Attending client meetings to discuss job vacancies and person specifications
  • Account management and developing client relationships
  • Marketing of available candidates to clients/employers of choice across Wirral and North West areas
  • Attending a variety of network events
  • Liaising with resourcing team to ensure thorough resourcing process, final review of candidates before submitted to clients
  • Resourcing candidates for your vacancies
  • Logging all calls and job activity onto database
  • Working to set daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and SLA’s

  • Excellent level of written English as this role will involve sending professional emails direct to clients and candidates
