We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our boutique marketing agency client based in Cheshire. Our client has a small but happy team with huge
opportunities working with clients across a diverse range of sectors. If you want to play a key role in managing and delivering a variety of marketing
projects and the option to build your own team in the future look no further. Salary is negotiable depending on experience circa £25k. They offer
20 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, a bonus structure, pension and a great team culture. This is a full time office based position,
however our client is happy to discuss flexible hours with the successful candidate. Our client is happy for you to work from home part of the
week and will consider part time working.
Our client works within a range of sectors, including the holiday home sector, construction, and healthcare so you will need to be adaptable and confident
in your abilities to multitask.
You need to be passionate about marketing, highly motivated, and extremely well organised. You have the opportunity to build your own team and take the
company to the next step.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Managing & Co-ordinating Marketing Strategy: Together with the MD, you will manage the marketing team to ensure all tasks are carried out to the highest
Managing clients WordPress based websites: You will be required to update and improve clients websites based on the marketing strategy, your marketing
expertise, understanding of the market place and the requirements of the clients.
Email Marketing: You will be required to manage the email marketing of key clients.
Online advertising: You will work with the MD and eCommerce Director to manage the Facebook Ads and Google Ads/Shopping accounts for key clients.
Search Engine Optimisation: Understanding and ability to optimise websites for best performance and ranking.
Social Media: You may be required to manage the social media channels of our key clients.
Reporting: Both to the leadership team and to the clients, evidence-based reporting is key,
Other: Offline marketing such as PR, advertising, etc. may be required from clients from time-to-time.
We require someone that is self-motivated and keen to develop the role. This may involve working closely with clients but also the potential for developing
the marketing team should it be proved successful.
BSC degree (or equivalent) in Marketing
Is self motivated and can work both individually and as part of a team
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels as well as emerging platforms
Good experience with WordPress (ideally using the Avada theme)
Good experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook/Instagram Ads
Ambition and commitment to drive the company forward
Creative and design skills
Excellent organisational skills
