Do you currently work in customer services but want to try working in sales? Perhaps you work in a call centre and you'd love to join a smaller team?

Would you like to join a happy and friendly close knit team of seven?
Our client is seeking 2 x Internal Sales Advisors to join their vibrant team, you will be working in newly refurbished offices 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. In return they offer a basic of £18-20k plus commission with OTE of £24-26k, free parking, mini incentive competition days, 30 days annual leave including bank holidays, subsidised lunches and pension.
You will be required to set up & win business with potential employees, sub contactors, or Limited Company clients by telephone through the business and promote the brand ensuring the service has been explained and also the benefits. The Internal Sales Advisor will be responsible for winning business and cross-selling other services, as well as communicating with both the worker and the agency providing regular updates and building relationships. When registering workers you will need to be able to discuss how the service works and produce illustrations of the payments the workers will receive based on the information they provide.
A successful Internal Sales Advisor will also have the ability to recognise further opportunities to increase sales and revenue. World class customer service & quality is imperative within this role. The on-boarding process is key to future sales & relationships. Within the role the Internal Sales Advisor will be highlighting innovative ideas to increase efficiencies and striving to ensure world class service at every interaction. Working with CRM systems we monitor registrations and ensure we work with agencies to support them and their workers.
