Our highly successful, established and expanding Wirral based client is seeking a Customer Service Account Handler to for a 12 month fixed term mat leave
cover contract. Our client is a short commute from Liverpool with great public transport links. You will be working in modern, prestigious offices

To provide a professional customer focused administration service, ensuring that the most effective systems and processes are followed at all times
and that the customers' needs are not just consistently met, but exceeded.
Overview of Responsibilities
To deliver the best possible customer service when dealing with existing or potential customers through excellent written and oral communication.
To deal with all incoming and outgoing customer enquiries by telephone/email/task, ensuring any requests are followed through to completion within
internal KPI, with a complete record of action taken saved on the system. To issue all documentation required by the client within internal KPI.
To re-issue/resend documentation with amendments, as required within agreed internal KPI.
To liaise and gather the required information which cross internal departments to ensure customer service is met and the solution is given to the clients.
To identify to the Head of Customer Service any contentious/litigious issues at the earliest opportunity.
Continually look for ways to improve processes and increase the satisfaction to our clients.
To comply at all times with the requirements of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and FCA Rules.
To undertake any other duties as reasonably required.
Experience / Skills
Must have a clear understanding of the importance of customer service to both internal and external customers
High Level of interpersonal skills with an ability to deal people at all levels.
Must be confident in working both independently and as part of a team.
Must be self-motivated, with an ability to organise own workload efficiently.
Must be organised and work well under pressure with an ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent PC and Keyboard skills, with proven experience
Excellent literacy and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of FCA Regulations
A general understanding of the insurance market and related products
Achievement or target focused to be able to meet deadlines and manage own workload within agreed parameters.
