Our client is a well established fine dining restaurant with an extensive menu, friendly team and loyal customer base. They also handle private functions. Due to promotion of their Sous Chef to Head Chef, they are now looking to add to their team. Seeking an experienced Sous Chef, and 1-2 chef de partie or trainee chefs.

You will work on a rota basis Monday-Sunday, however flexibility is offered. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Working alongside the Head Chef you will manage daily kitchen activities including:
Menu Preparation
Overseeing staff
Ensuring Food Quality
Food and Product Ordering
Minimising waste
Ensuring highest kitchen hygiene standards
Producing meals
Ability to cater for dietary requirements and allergies
The ideal candidate will have a true passion for food, be flexible and committed to a career as a Chef. Whether you have no background but love food and want a new career, or you have been in the industry for years but are looking for a forever home.
This role is right for you if you are an excellent team player, able to think outside the box with great attention to detail, organisation skills, and passionate about food hygiene.
