Owner/Recruitment Consultant

25 years in recruitment and I still love it! To help our clients attract great talent to their business and to find great jobs for our candidates is still a great buzz for me personally. Whilst we grow, I am still hands on and also involved with training new Consultants and Resourcers to recruit “the Joanne Finnerty way!”

I also work alongside schools, colleges and universities to help bridge the gap between education and work.

Claire Statham
Operations Manager

My career has spanned 15+ years in recruitment, joining JF Recruitment in 2015, including compliance, resourcing, candidate matching, consultancy, and management, business networking and running a marketing team. My development will soon include my CIPD Level 5.

I have worked in all areas of the recruitment circle across multiple industries and still feel the buzz hearing those magic words, ‘I’d like to offer them the job’.

I recently joined and I am enjoying learning the industry as this is my first recruitment based job. I have a degree in psychology and love the idea of helping people find their dream job. I am a happy and friendly person who is always ready to help. I am hoping this will be the beginning of a long and successful career in recruitment.

With approximately seven years’ experience working within recruitment, I started as an administrator within a small Liverpool based agency, and moved to a national agency where I became a temps consultant. My background includes both commercial and industrial divisions. After taking time away to have three children, I’m super excited to come back to recruitment and join the JF recruit team.
